Terms of sale and subscription
International Adlizer subscriptions sold by DGI WORKS AB. Sales terms, cancellation and refunds, and payment privacy.
Seller and service
DGI WORKS AB, org. no 559385-5074, VAT SE559385507401, Nordanväg 18, 222 28 Lund, Sweden. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean DGI WORKS AB. “You” means the company buying the subscription. Contact: info@dgiworks.com.
We are the authorized international reseller of Adlizer and the merchant of record. We receive your payment through Stripe and issue invoices and receipts in our name. DijitalPi builds, hosts and operates Adlizer as our technology provider. Our use of a technology provider does not remove our contractual responsibilities to you.
These terms cover companies purchasing Adlizer for business use with a billing country outside Turkey. By ordering, you confirm that you have authority to bind the purchasing company. This flow is not offered for personal consumer purchases. Purchases in Turkey are covered by the separate Turkish sales terms.
Adlizer provides competitor advertising monitoring. The selected plan and its published service limits form part of your order. You choose a plan and monthly or yearly billing, then enter your billing information on Stripe’s hosted Checkout. You see the amount before paying. Your subscription begins when payment succeeds and Stripe creates it.
Plans, price and tax
Pro costs USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year. Agency costs USD 149 per month or USD 1490 per year. Agency purchases are arranged with support. The plan and amount accepted at checkout form part of your order.
Prices exclude any tax due in your country. You must provide accurate company, address and tax information. Providing a tax ID does not by itself guarantee tax exemption.
You are charged in USD. Your card issuer may convert the charge into your card’s currency and may charge a foreign transaction fee. We do not promise a conversion rate or reimburse issuer fees under these terms.
There is no setup fee or installment plan. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
Payment and renewal
By completing checkout, you authorize the initial payment and automatic renewal charges through Stripe until you cancel. Each payment covers the selected monthly or yearly billing period. The recurring base price stays the same unless changed under the price change terms below or through a change you agree to.
Stripe handles the payment method used for recurring payments. Neither DGI WORKS AB nor DijitalPi receives your full card number or security code. Invoices and receipts identify DGI WORKS AB as seller.
To change your payment card, contact info@dgiworks.com. Do not email card details.
We will notify you of a proposed subscription price change in advance, explain the new price and when it would apply, and give you a reasonable opportunity to cancel before it takes effect. A change applies only to future billing periods. We will not change the price of an active, already-paid billing period retroactively without your express agreement. Any consent required by applicable law must be obtained before a change is applied.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel from your account page or by contacting info@dgiworks.com. Identify your company and billing email. Cancellation stops future renewals. There is no cancellation penalty. Service remains available until the end of the already-paid monthly or yearly billing period, subject to your plan’s limits.
If you cancel, no refund is given for the unused time in an already-paid billing period merely because you cancel. There is no separate voluntary refund procedure for ordinary cancellation.
This rule does not remove any refund, withdrawal or other remedy required by applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights if they apply despite this flow being restricted to business purchases. It does not exclude mandatory remedies for a billing error or failure to perform. Contact DGI WORKS AB about such a problem.
A card dispute or chargeback is handled through your card issuer and Stripe under the applicable rules. It is not a guaranteed refund or a replacement for cancelling future renewals, and it is not your only legal remedy.
If a renewal payment fails, contact support to resolve payment. No fixed retry count, grace period or restoration time is promised here. Cancelling future renewals does not erase a valid amount already due.
Responsibilities, liability and termination
We are responsible to you for supplying the purchased subscription with reasonable care and skill, coordinating service delivery with DijitalPi, and handling billing and subscription questions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service or a particular business result. This does not excuse a failure to provide the agreed service.
You must keep your billing and contact details accurate, pay valid charges, protect your access credentials, and provide the information and access reasonably needed to operate the service. You must use Adlizer lawfully and have the necessary rights to the content and personal data you provide.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential business losses, including indirect loss of profit or business opportunity. Subject to the exceptions below, our total liability arising from your subscription is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid us under that subscription when the event giving rise to the claim occurs.
These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict individuals’ statutory data protection rights or mandatory payment correction, refund or other remedies. The cap is not a promise of a refund whenever service is interrupted.
These terms apply from the start of your subscription until it ends. Either party may terminate for a material breach by the other that is not remedied after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. We may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to stop unlawful use or a serious security threat, and explain the reason unless legally prevented from doing so. Suspension must be proportionate to that reason.
At termination, access ends. Amounts properly due for service already supplied remain payable. Termination does not remove accrued claims or mandatory remedies. The ordinary cancellation no-refund rule does not settle a claim that we failed to perform.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, together with applicable EU law. Disputes under these terms are subject to the competent courts in Sweden, unless a mandatory rule requires another court or law to apply. This clause does not restrict mandatory consumer protections or GDPR complaint and court rights. You can first contact DGI WORKS AB to try to resolve a problem.
Payment privacy notice
DGI WORKS AB is the controller of personal data used for this international Adlizer payment and subscription relationship. DGI WORKS AB, org. no 559385-5074, VAT SE559385507401, Nordanväg 18, 222 28 Lund, Sweden. Contact us about privacy or your rights at info@dgiworks.com or at our registered address.
DijitalPi is our technology provider in Turkey. It operates Adlizer and processes payment-related personal data on our behalf under our instructions. DGI WORKS AB remains responsible as controller for that processing. This notice covers business representatives and other individuals whose data is used to buy and administer the subscription. It is governed by the GDPR and applicable Swedish and EU data protection law. It covers payment and subscription administration, not all service data processing.
Stripe collects your payment details directly, together with your name, email, billing address and tax ID where requested. Full card numbers and security codes do not reach DGI WORKS AB or DijitalPi. Stripe handles the payment method used for renewals.
Adlizer stores your selected plan, account and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and payment and subscription status needed to administer your purchase. These identifiers link your subscription to Stripe’s records; they are not card numbers. Stripe holds the checkout and billing records used to process payments and issue invoices and receipts. Billing and payment information is required to complete and manage the subscription.
Privacy purposes and recipients
We use the information to set up and manage subscriptions, collect payments, issue invoices and receipts, and handle cancellations and payment questions. Contract performance is a legal basis where the individual is personally a party to the contract and the processing is necessary for it. For company representatives, we rely instead on our legitimate interest in administering the company’s subscription and communicating with its representatives, subject to their rights and interests.
We also rely on legitimate interests in preventing fraud, protecting payments and establishing or defending claims, after considering the effect on individuals. Accounting, tax and other legally required records are processed to meet our legal obligations. This notice is not a request for consent and does not waive your privacy rights.
DijitalPi processes subscription information on our behalf and operates the service. Its hosting infrastructure in Europe supports storage and operation. Stripe, with United States and EU operations, processes payments, recurring billing and checkout data. Stripe acts as processor for some activities and as controller for its own purposes, including certain fraud prevention and legal compliance activities. See https://stripe.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/legal/dpa.
We may disclose relevant records to competent authorities when legally required. Access and sharing must be limited to information needed for the relevant purpose.
International transfers and retention
Processing by DijitalPi in Turkey involves a transfer from Sweden, including where data hosted in Europe is accessed from Turkey. Transfers require appropriate safeguards and the required assessment and any necessary additional protections. You may contact DGI WORKS AB for information about the safeguards and a copy of relevant clauses, subject to lawful redactions protecting confidential information.
Stripe’s applicable data protection terms provide safeguards for transfers to the United States, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. The relevant safeguard depends on the recipient, contractual role and transfer involved.
We keep subscription administration data for the subscription’s duration and retain records needed afterwards for applicable accounting and tax requirements. Other records are kept only as long as needed for their stated purposes, including establishing or defending claims where justified. Retention depends on record type, legal requirements and unresolved disputes. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
Stripe’s retention for activities in which it is a controller is governed by its own legal obligations and privacy information.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are not absolute; a legal recordkeeping duty can prevent immediate erasure, and portability applies only to qualifying processing.
Contact info@dgiworks.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may complain to Sweden’s supervisory authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first. IMY’s complaint service is at https://e-tjanster.imy.se/en/klagomal.
